Some valentine theme

När ljuset faller in sådär på snedden så ser man hur nödvändigt det är med städning. Jag har i allafall hunnit med hallen, köket och tvrummet. Jag tog mig tiden att decorera lite i Valentinestil också. På hallbordet byttes glasklockan ut mot en glasskål med torkade och pappersrosor som doftar.

When the light strucks thru the windows in a more horizontal angle, then you know when it is time to clean the house. I have cleaned the hallway, kitchen and our tv room thouroughly. I even took the time to decorate a bit. In the hallway the glass clouche is changed to a glass bowl filled with scented paper and dried roses.

I köket blev det lite mer pasteller och på köksbordet hamnade min absoluta favoritduk. Den är från 40-talet i ljuvliga färger, tycker såå mycket om den. Ett litet passande ljusarrangemang gjordes också med hjärtformat fat, prismor och ett ljusrosa ljus som jag har stöpt i en ölburk. 

I laid my absolutely favourite tablecloth on the kitchen table. It is from the 40's I love the pastels and the flowers so much. Then I made a matching centerpiece with a heartshaped porcelaintray with a lightpink candle and crystal prisms on. The candle is hand made by me used a beer can as mold.

Till sist fick jag även upp syrrans födelsedagspresent till mig en liten ängel i luffarslöjd, den är så söt. Jag tror att jag börjar få en liten änglasamling här hemma. På kroken så hängde jag även ett dekorerat pappershjärta som jag gjorde för några år sedan.

Then I put up the teacandleholder I received from my sister as birthday present. It is so cute. I really think I begin to have a collection here! On the holder I hung a heart decoration I made several years ago.

 Vita gåvor: Min hemlige vän hoppas jag kan få lite fingervisning om vad jag gillar för stil om inte annat så kan ni kika vidare i etiketten interiör.

kort höstinlägg.

Det blir bara en massa duttande här och där och inget färdigt resultat har jag att visa. Köket är nästan klart men inte tillräckligt för att visa upp. Min studio är nyiflyttad men är belamrad med kartonger och skräp som ska vidare. Så tyvärr har jag inga roliga bilder på inredning att visa än. Jag fick ett litet ryck och dekorerade entrédörren förra veckan. Den här kransen använder jag annars som stomme till vinterkrans, som då täcks av kvistar av gran. Nu fick det bli en fuskgirlang med lönnlöv.

I just finishing my projects to half right now, so sadly I don't have a nice room to show you. The kitchen is almost done but not ready enough to show. My studio is settled but it is cluttered with boxes and scrap that I will put away somewhere else. But I got a slight spark of energy to decorate the entry door. This wreath is used to be covered with pine twigs in winter but now it is a fake clinging wine wrapped around. Jag fick den för två veckor sedan. Min gåva i swapen vita gåvor. Det var en vit toaskylt och en riktig smaskig chokladkaka. Tackar så mycket.

I received it two weeks ago, from Norway. My gift in the swap "white gifts". It was a white toilet sign and a very tasty milk chocolate bar. Thank you so much!!

A green garden and a white gift

I will only talk about the white gifts, it's a swap I'm joining. This time the theme is something creative, maybe you make something and give away or you buying craft supplies. I would be happy to recieve both of those alternatives. You already know that I like to make my own crafty things. I was a bit forward this time and bought something on internet. I'll hope my secret friend will be happy for my gift..... :)

I'm so busy with my work and my garden right now. Today I quit the job an hour earlier and went home to sow. It is a little adventure discovering a new garden. I still have trees that I do not know what it is. I told you before that people walks by and see almost the whole garden, wich I'm not so amused of. But if we put up a big fence we will lost the little spot of nature and water in our garden; the dich. A place where the children likes to play.

It sure is a nice little woodland, isn't it? The rubarb is taking over the veggie garden. Soon I will have a jungle instead. Have a sunny week my friends.
