Medieval fair

The annual medieval market in Leksand is a nice event to visit. Visitors and sellers dress up in beautiful appropriate clothes. Lots of fun things to buy and see. Tournaments, orchs, musicians, jesters and lot more.
I wore my newly bought Ewa i Walla skirt, with a simple tshirt. I was lucky that they had an temporary outlet in Falun.  Even though I was short of money I  had to take saved money and buy this skirt, a silk dress and trousers.
The necklaces are a women's utility knife and a cross i bought at the fair.

    1. Det är massor med tyg i den. Alla 3 lager är cirkelskurna och lagt lite härs o tvärs. Den översta kjolen har lite sömmar så det blir lite draperingar, sen har den ett fiffigt sätt att stänga också.

  3. OMG, the skirt is fantastic!!! Black and grey and striped - could it be any more perfect? I love your little black espadrilles, too. I've been on the hunt for a pair but all I can find are pastels. :P

A medieval market sounds like a fun event. :o)

  4. What a great skirt! I love the way the stripes are more random, very neat. And I really like that utility knife. What a great find for gardening!

    1. The utility knife is very sharp and dangerous to wear that way I did.

    1. It is actually not a necklace but a real knife. My company were moaning a lot about that I wore it around the neck. You will kill yourself if you trip! They said.

  8. I totally love your skirt! It's perfect with the simple shirt and shoes for a day at a market. Very feminine and casual but still stylish.

  9. I love that skirt too! : ) I can't wait to see an outfit post where you go all dressed up with it - this casual look is great and I'm sure the amped up version will be even better! : )
