A new family member

This is our new family member, Pooki. She's a small lion hooded albino bunny. We only had her for one week and she has already proved to be a little miscevious one.
Alfons bunny Wilma, missed her late friend so we put the cages side by side and the pens beside so they were able to say hello. How stupid wasn't I.
One morning this week when I pulled up the blinds I saw only white fur balls, like snow in Wilmas pen, damn predators, I thought. But just as my thought was that some animal had taken the bunnies I saw that one of the bigger fur balls were Pooki in the middle of it.
I ran outside and found Alfons bunny in a corner standing on her toes, litteraly.
Pooki had jumped over the fence to give Wilma a real beat up.
So by that, we now she's a good jumper.

  1. Pooki does have kind of a feisty expression on her face. Poor Wilma! I used to have a storybook when I was little about a rabbit called Pookie who had wings. The fur on Pooki's ears looks like little wings. :)

  2. Yes, he looks mean on this picture. :D
But he's beautiful nontheless, and there is some twisted cuteness to his fluffy eyebrows and mustache hugging his red eyes; he reminds me of the March Hare in Alice in Wonderland...:)

I hope Wilma is alright and they will get on well once the power relations are settled. It was the same between our tabbies and now they're just unseparable. :)

    1. She does indeed look like the March Hare! Didn't thought of that.

I hope they will get along later.

  3. Sometimes it takes a little while for animals to get used one to each other, but I am sure they´ll do it great soon. In between, this little fluffy thingie is a cutie pie! I wish the best to Pooki :)

  5. Oh poor Wilma-- indeed, some rabbits can be super feisty!
They're super cute, but they will cut you if you get too close, haha.

  10. I used to volunteer at a since center where we would show kids live animals like snakes and hawks and eagles and ferrets and bunnies. Those fierce bunnies were the animals that hurt us most often with their powerful back claws. But they sure are cute! I hope bunny its kinder to Wilma from now on!
